this was refused as it looked damaged so I didn’t accept the product and vendor doesn’t want to give me a refund. product was poorly packaged and I knew this was damaged in transport. Please refund my money
we already requesting UPS for compensation, they refused, because they informed they had open the box, your goods are not damaged because goods had been wrapped in thick bubble wraps, please contact local UPS to arrange a second delivery or verify the condition of the goods again. Any damage during transportation can be claimed by the local insurance company.
