Delivery was supposed to be for July, and the product did not arrive until the end of September  Quality： The manufacturing process was inconsistent on the four machines, Frankenstein parts with odd components, and nothing was square or in alignment. The Canisters were not cut consistently, and 7 of the eight were leaking. The "Spare set of gaskets for the canisters did not resolve the issue, and we spent 30+ hours trying their recommended solutions. When we suggested that we pay the shipping fees to return the product, Alibaba Trade Assurance closed the case, and we received zero funds Design： The drip tray does not support the weight of a cup of slush. The rest of the machine design looks good, but the quality is disappointing  Service： We bought these for our family business, The Coffee Connection and in our 47 years of business we have never been so disappointed with a manufacturer.
